The EU-Moldova Free Trade Agreement involves the gradual liberalization (up to 10 years upon signature) of trade in goods and services, free movement of labor, reduction of customs duties, technical barriers and non-tariff abolition of quantitative restrictions and harmonization of RM legislation to EU acquis. Thus, DCFTA (Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement between Moldova and the European Union) is part of the Association Agreement and brings additional economic benefits for Moldova. This document provides a brief overview of key elements.
