Support on Regulatory Impact Assessment

The report deals with how to better implement the regulatory impact assessment for businesses in Moldova. The present report focuses on four major issues that have been identified by the beneficiary as issues to be further examined in the framework of a common RIA procedure: How to better streamline the RIA process across ministries; the incorporation of the RIA process into a larger better regulation agenda; how to overcome the lack of comprehensive data; the institutional setting for better regulation.
