Can the EU revoke these benefits?

The benefits to be granted to Moldova as a result of accomplished process of adjustment depend on the continued maintenance of the legal and enforcement conditions that led to its granting. Should this no longer be the case, for whatever reason, Parties will examine the situation and if the explanation is not sufficient, these benefits may be temporarily revoked, until the situation is cleared. This should be a very exceptional situation and the EU remains strongly hopeful that it will never occur.
