The commitments undertaken by Moldova under the EU-Moldova Association Agreement regarding the agriculture and rural development have a low level of implementation. At this conclusion came the analysts of the Institute for Reform and European Policies after evaluating which is the level of achievements of the planned measures and the level of transposition of the EU Regulations and Directives into national law, after a year and a half since the approval of the National Action Plan.
