DECISION No 2/2015 OF THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA TRADE AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT SUB-COMMITTEE of 7 July 2015 adopting the list of experts on Trade and Sustainable Development in accordance with Article 379(3) of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part [2015/1819]

This Decision adopted the list of experts for the panel procedures pursuant to Article 379 of the Association Agreement. The EU or Moldova may request government consultations on any matter arising under Title V (DCFTA), Chapter 13 – Trade and Sustainable Development. If a matter has not been satisfactorily addressed through such government consultations, then either the EU or Moldova may request that a Panel of Experts be convened to examine such matter. 
This Decision entered into force on 7 July 2015.
