At the south of the Republic of Moldova, Gagauzian entrepreneurs have a fruitful cooperation with the businessmen from Europe due to the provisions of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA). Among them is the company "Comrat wines", which was founded in 1897. The success story was elaborated within the UK-MD project „Reform Assistance to Moldova”, initiated by the UK Government.
