Migrant workers are invited to apply at the program PARE 1 + 1

The Ministry of Economy announced the enrollment in the program PARE 1 + 1 managed by the Organization for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM).

The program PARE 1 + 1 is designed for migrant workers or their first degree relatives, who want to invest in starting or expanding a business in Moldova.

The program was officially launched in November 2010 and is carried under the rule 1 + 1, which states that every invested leu from remittances will be substituted with a leu from the program. The maximum amount of funding is 200,000 lei. The money from the program are offered as non-refundable grant.

In this context, the Organization for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises appeals to the migrant workers and / or their first degree relatives, to register within the PARE 1 + 1 program, starting from February 16.

The conditions for participation in the program are:

- To be a citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
- To be a migrant worker from Moldova or close relative - beneficiary of remittances;
- To launch a business in Moldova or develop an existing business;
- To have your own funds derived from remittances and to confirm the origin of funds with supporting documents (contract of employment, confirmation certificate of salary / income; excerpt from bank accounts, copies of bank transfer provisions, customs declarations).

Moreover, apart from the financial aid offered by the state, the program provides consultancy and training in entrepreneurship, where participants are guided and tutored, informed and provided with informational materials necessary to start a business.

Finally, to ensure sustainability and increase profitability of the business financed by the program, companies are guided over 24 months.
