DECISION No 3/2014 OF THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL of 16 December 2014 on the delegation of certain powers by the Association Council to the Association Committee in Trade configuration [2015/673]

This Decision delegated to the Association Committee in Trade configuration the power to update or amend the Annexes to the Association Agreement which are related to the following chapters of Title V (Trade and Trade-Related Matters/DCFTA) to the extent that there are no specific provisions in these Chapters relating to the update or amendments of these Annexes:
Chapter 1: (National Treatment & Market Access for Goods);
Chapter 3: (Technical Barriers to Trade, Standardisation, Metrology, Accreditation and Conformity Assessment);
Chapter 5: (Customs & Trade Facilitation);
Chapter 6: (Establishment, Trade in Services & Electronic Commerce);
Chapter 8: (Public Procurement).
This Decision entered into force on 16 December 2014.
