DECISION No 1/2015 OF THE EU-REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL of 18 December 2015 on the application of Title V of the Association Agreement between the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Moldova, of the other part, to the entire territory of the Republic of Moldova [2015/2445]

This Decision states that Title V (DCFTA) of the Association Agreement shall apply to the entire territory of Moldova from 1 January 2016. The Association Committee in Trade shall monitor the application of Title V in the entire territory of Moldova and report once a year to the Association Council which will review the report.
The Decision entered into force on 18 December 2015.
